Amazing place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. I remember how the staff helped me with currency recommendations on my first stay. Highly recommend asking them for tips! I'm coming back for a new year.

the rooms where all newly renovated and air conditioned with a big desk and comfortable beds, as for instance. meals were fresh, and there was rest-o-bar near the hotel.

Request a room away from the street if you're sensitive to noise. It can get loud at night from passing vehicles.

hotel is perfect for a few days in Brussels. It is not in the centre itself, it is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the North Station and about 10-15 minutes from the Grand Place, with a metro stop right next to it. breakfast was good, varied and abundant. room was large and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a view of the street. I even had a Nespresso with a couple of capsules! staff was at all times very friendly and helpful, solving or trying to solve our needs. You can send them the flight check-in by email and they will print it out for you. Everything is very well!
To say the least, you couldn't stop the air conditioning from the thermostat, we talked about it in reception and receptionist went upstairs, opened a trapdoor in the roof and stopped it. Another small detail: the shower phone was losing water, it didn't affect its functionality at all.

Stayed at a spotless and updated room with TV channels, a big desk, as example. Satisfactory breakfasts with scrambled eggs and french style croissants, as example, the staff where all in all courteous. The location was great for walking around a comic-book museum. The service provided there was good! Early check-in was a bonus.

This is a good mid-price hotel if you need to stay in that area
This is the kind of hotel that you would elsewhere find for 2/3 of that price

very well located near a subway station and close to train station. polite and helpful staff. fair breakfast.
not anything specific or very important that I didn't like, but I would expect something more from a 4star hotel with 150euro per night.

Perfect location near train station & subway
Bad smell in room due to bathroom (which was clean, but nevertheless)

Hotel staff were generally polite and helpful. The "feel" of the place is clean and efficient. A good hotel for business travellers for its location (though weekends at Brussels is a quiet affair as most places around the area is closed). It's a safe hotel in terms of security (requires card access into the hotel itself, not just room).
Room was a little small (150). The bath tub was placed high, so getting in and out can be tricky so need to be more watchful. Would also prefer breakfast to start from 6:30am instead, as I sometimes had to leave for 7:30am appointments.Internet access and breakfast were not part of the deal (perhaps because the booking is through internet), could consider to include as this seems to be a "business" hotel, therefore most guests would require that.

clean, comfortable and modern room with good beds, friendly staff and a good breakfast
For this price, you would expect the coffee in the room to be for free and you shouldn't charge a guest 3 euro per coffee. Other than that, everything was fine.

New and comfortable - pleasant experience.
Breakfast area small and crowded and staff cannot cope during peak period.

Secure entry. Clean rooms helpful staff
A bit pricey. No wifi in rooms nor told how to access it in hotel. A card with details would be helpful
